his eyes again.
Visions of a platinum blonde beauty appeared before him
Domino. He d had every intention of emailing her tonight, wanting
to find out if he might have a chance with her. Never before had a
woman held his attention the way she did and he wanted no,
needed more of her. For the first time in his life, a woman took
precedence in his thoughts and what he wanted for the future. Her
legal situation also piqued his curiosity.
A self-proclaimed workaholic who spent one or two nights a
week at David s because he refused to take the time to foster any
kind of relationship with a woman, he d discovered his life sorely
lacking after the amazing blow job he d enjoyed at the Mansion.
Even blindfolded, he could tell she had been the one to wrap her
sweet lips around his cock and go down on him. In a few brief
moments, his life changed and he began to realize he d been miss-
ing the one important thing every human being needed in their
lives the love of another.
Yes, he wanted a seat on the Federal bench one he d worked
his ass off for but after last night, it suddenly didn t seem quite as
important. Presiding over the case earlier in the day hadn t brought
the same satisfaction to him as previous cases, a new feeling but one
he knew he had to deal with. Have I lost the love for law?
Taking a quick look at the clock, he saw he had several hours
before he had to get up and go to work though if the headache
didn t go away, he d call his secretary and have her get another
judge to cover for him.

In a private clinic on the south side of San Diego, a doctor re-
ceived legal papers notifying her that a patient of hers had filed suit
against her. The woman came into her office, discussed cosmetic
surgery dealing with breast implants then left in a huff when told
she wouldn t be operated on in this office.
Doctor Renee Peterson steadfastly refused to do unnecessary
surgeries despite the fact she could literally make a mint doing so.
In this case, she felt the patient didn t need further enhancement.
You should reconsider this, she told the woman. Do you
want to be the size of Morgana?
Yes, I do, in fact, the woman replied.
Do you understand what the extra weight on your chest will
do to both your heart and your back?
I don t care. I m paying you to do as I want.
I can t, in good conscience, do this, Peterson said. I think
you should reconsider.
Renee remembered the meeting and groaned looking at the
reason for the lawsuit mental cruelty. She called her attorney
who asked her to come in for a meeting in a week. Meanwhile, the
lawyer planned to research other similar cases.
She walked out of her office into the waiting room, stopping
after being startled. A huge man stood against the door to the hall
while the woman sat with two bodyguards on either side of her.
What the hell&
I want the surgery and you re going to do it now.
It s too risky and unnecessary.
I want it and what I want, I get.
But you re suing me, Renee protested. I have no staff.
They will help you, she said, motioning to her men.

And just who the hell do you think you are? You can t expect
me to take untrained people into the OR. It won t happen.
I believe it will, the woman said. She shifted her eyes to the
guy at the door who raised an automatic weapon and aimed it at
Renee. Shit!
Several hours later and against her will, Doctor Renee Peter-
son replaced the woman s implants with larger ones. The surgery
went well despite the help and Renee closed without any prob-
lems. She waited for the woman to come out of recovery the
sooner, the better. She wanted this woman and her entourage gone
as soon as possible.
Near midnight, her patient left the office. Renee finished
cleaning up then got her things and left to go home. Passing the re-
ceptionist s desk, she left a note for her.
Reschedule today s appointments.
Renee went to a bar near her apartment and quietly got
drunk. She d never had a situation like this and hoped never to
again. This had not been the reason she went into the field and she
hated operating at gunpoint an experience she never wanted to
go through again.
The next day, her receptionist called to tell her the day had
been rescheduled and she had a curious message for her.
What?
The suit s invisible?
That s it?
Yes, Doctor.
Thank you.
Hanging up, she couldn t be sure whether she should be re-
lieved or wary. She called her attorney to update him and he said
he d take care of things for her. Thanking him, she finished her
